About D. Francis-H

D. Francis-H is an author, independent researcher, and creative exploring the interplay between frequency, psychology, health, and the systems that shape how we live and work. His writing asks what it means to build a life that truly resonates — in our bodies, our relationships, our contribution, and the places we belong.

The name D. Francis-H marks a turning point. After 12 years working at the intersection of marketing, commercial strategy, and brand psychology — helping generate over £30 million in revenue across multiple sectors — he chose to step away from performance metrics to focus on meaning.

Today, he studies the deeper patterns that govern how we operate as individuals and collectives. His non-fiction work draws from lived experience, systems thinking, and cultural insight to investigate how inner states and outer structures shape each other. His focus spans work psychology, belonging, and the nervous system — often returning to one central question: how do we live in a way that feels honest?

His upcoming book Building Brands That Resonate offers founders and teams a grounded, human-centred way to shape strategy through fit, clarity, and resonance. He also publishes essays and talks that explore the unseen forces behind behaviour, leadership, health, and change.

He is currently developing The Histamine Link, a public-facing research project on the role of micro-inflammation in long-term mental and physical health. (You can explore that initiative at the Histamine Link website.)

Through all of these lenses, the work remains rooted in the same pursuit: understanding how we might live more coherently, more courageously, and more consciously.

Not to offer perfect answers. But to help shape better questions.
